Mike joined the Fórte Surfaces team in 2018. His favorite part of being a part of the team is the opportunity to make old concrete look brand new and beautiful again. When Mike isn’t at work, he enjoys working on and riding his motorcycle and listening to new music.
Atreuyu Chastain
Coatings Technician
Atreuyu joined the Fórte Surfaces team in 2022. Atreuyu’s favorite part of working for Fórte Surfaces is seeing the customer’s reaction to a job well done. He likes the satisfaction of turning old, dirty floors into something new and refreshing. When Atreuyu isn’t at work, he enjoys keeping up to date with his Hex Crypto and enjoying the great outdoors!

Lalo joined the Fórte Surfaces team in 2020. His favorite part of working at Fórte Surfaces is the flexibility and variety of projects. When Lalo isn’t at work, he enjoys spending his time woodworking.
Aaron Johnson
Power Washing Technician
Aaron joined the Fórte Surfaces team in 2017. His favorite part of the job is seeing the transformation of a project from beginning to end. He also loves seeing the customer’s face when they see the finished product. When Aaron isn’t working, he enjoys playing football.

Jason joined the Fórte Surfaces team in 2018. Jason’s favorite part of working at Fórte Surfaces is developing process and business systems that allow the team to be successful and providing world-class service to each and every customer. When Jason isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time flying and playing golf.

Jordan joined the Fórte Surfaces team in 2022. His favorite part of the job is interacting with the team and speaking with customers on a daily basis. When Jordan isn’t working, he enjoys playing golf.

Max joined the Fórte Surfaces team in 2019. Max’s favorite part of his job is the satisfaction that comes with seeing a freshly cleaned surface. When Max isn’t at work, he enjoys spending his time bowling.
Alex Spiczenski
Coatings Division Manager
Alex joined the Fórte Surfaces team in 2018. His favorite part of his job is the opportunity to turn what was once an eyesore for a customer into their new favorite part of their home. Since Alex comes from an environmental background, his favorite thing to do outside of work is to explore the outdoors with his dog.
Danny Spiczenski
CFO & COO, Founder (Indiana Roof Cleaning)
Danny started Indiana Roof Cleaning in 2009 which is now Fórte Surfaces. Danny’s favorite part of his job is seeing the transformation of a project from beginning to end. He also enjoys creating a fun and unique culture for Forte’s employees to grow and thrive in. When Danny isn’t at work, he enjoys spending his time golfing, fishing, working on home projects, and traveling.
