Introducing Fórte Surfaces
The same team you’ve known and trusted for years with a new name!
We are excited to announce that in Spring 2023, Indiana Cleaning and Sealing is making the transition to our new name, Fórte Surfaces!
What Does This Name Change Mean?
After years of serving commercial and residential customers in the epoxy flooring and exterior cleaning & sealing industry, we began to notice that our current name didn’t quite encapsulate the personality of our team and the quality of work that we provide.
Specifically, while we are known for our excellent customer service across all areas of our business, we have found that some may not know other expert services we provide, like Epoxy Flooring…or frankly even what epoxy flooring is!
With this brand update, we also wanted to share the scale of our abilities. We pride ourselves on getting our start in residential services. Through years of experience, we were able to take the same precision and finesse that we learned on our residential jobs and scale it responsibly for our commercial customers as well. With Fórte Surfaces, you get the personal touch of a residential service experience with the attention to detail and ability to handle large-scale commercial projects.
Why Fórte instead of Forté?
The word ‘forte’ originally derives from the French, meaning “strong point”¹. When the British and American English speakers started to use the word in their everyday language, the word’s meaning morphed to no longer mean a literal “strong point”² but rather metaphorical instead.
The word ‘forte’ is just one example of how American English has borrowed from another language and added its own flair to describe our unique approach to the world. Similarly, at Fórte Surfaces, we have taken our years of experience and added our own flair (or accent, if you will) to the epoxy flooring and cleaning & sealing industry. Hence, the ó.
What Comes Next?
In the months to come, you will slowly start to see our new brand incorporated into our digital and physical presence. By the end of spring, you’ll be able to experience a brand new website with our updated name, more information about our team, a streamlined digital quoting experience, more detailed information about the services we provide, and more!
